位于Durham Street,距离小黑店一街之隔，去UQ和去Guyatt park坐Ferry都是步行六七分钟的距离。房子是一共有三层的townhouse,第一层是车库和储物空间。第二层是厨房，客厅和阳台。三层是两个卧室两个卫生间，主卧很大很明亮。这样的townhouse 在St Lucia是条件很好的类型。两个卧室和客厅都有空调，有大冰箱和洗衣机。我们买了全套的家具也可以便宜卖。
房租是$420每周。参考：邻居同样户型无空调每周$440,另外一个同户型邻居单空调$475。我在这个房子里住了三年，房东一直没涨房租，所以租金很低。
跟中介直接签合同，有第一次租房的同学我可以带你去中介Lj Hooker那里。我目前的租房合同到1月中旬，如果你只愿意住到1月中旬的话可以只签半年的合同。如果你要长期住下去，中介会在11月份把明年的新的合同发给你，你续签一下就可以再住一年。
