英国企业家移民——移民法解析

The Points based system was introduced in 2008 as a means to have a simple to use system of immigration for businesses. The system has changed over the years.The Level of English has reduced.  Previously C1 it is now level B1.Switching rules have changed repeatedly with options for Tier 1 Post Study Workers removed. UK formerly encouraged persons to remain in the UK following studies, but now, must start a business to remain. Switching from Student in ￡200,000 category is now removed.Most notably – The genuine Entrepreneur test.
