JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:· Assists HR Analyst in HR Business Services processmapping· Responsible for conducting employment verificationchecks and creating verification letters for previous and current businessservices employees.· Assists with the on-boarding process by creating newhire packets, orientation agendas, and setting up reminders for three-monthreviews, one-month check-ins, etc.· Responsible for creating new hire employee files andgathering required personnel documents to maintain complete personnel files.· Assists with evaluation processes includingthree-month reviews, yearly appraisals, and exit interviews using ViDesktop.· Review the Intranet for updated information, policychanges, or discount codes; suggests appropriate changes with titles, departedstaff members, or updated policies.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education: Currently enrolled in a4-year college or university; seeking a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology(General, I/O, etc.), Human Resources Management, or related field of study.
Skills and Abilities: Stronginterpersonal and communication skills are key. Ability to act in aprofessional manner at all times. Ability to act with a high degree ofintegrity and maintain confidentiality.
Technological Skills: Computerliteracy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various research tools.
