但下午就不接电话了直接关机
请问这是要跑的节奏吗？
我该怎么办，他跟我短信联系有记录，他也说会给我修车赔钱，这些能当证据吗。

不会这样就让他跑了吧，郁闷阿

警察查到车主，车主把车借给谁开的，就会知道了。
以前我有个房客的车发生了类似你的这个情况，电话就没有打通过（错号）。因为是我们帮着打的警察局，所以知道从警察局会查出来。但是一定要你本人去警察局，带着你的身份证（驾照）之类的，警察才会给你对方的情况。
