如果不可以 那女友弄457可同簽嗎
或是有更好的永居方法

你的签证已过期，表示你已经是非法居留的。不知道你原先的签证是什么。如果你原先的签证是学生签，那么你现在是非法居留，除非你申请难民签证，否则一般是不可以转其他签证的。

就算你的配偶申请457签证，你也不可以以同居身份和你女友一同申请。主要是你现在过期居留，是属于非法人士。
