自己在网上激活了，还选了个号码，注册了my vodafone，但是进去一看里面没有credit，电话也打不出去，请问是怎么回事儿

Sounds strange...
You bought a sim pack right? does it come with a recharge card/voucher?
Normally when you activate it, the credit should be there already.
Try to give them a call
