如果你加入A公司为加盟商，双方签署合同及协议是法律的文件。双方必须遵守。
在这种情况下，你是不可以向B公司加盟的。就算你组织一间有限公司，一般的条例写得很清楚，如果该公司的股东，董事或任何成员与A加盟商有利益抵触的，A加盟商还可以维权，将你告之法庭。
