开一辆车到码头把车停在这里过夜，然后再去岛上另外租车？干嘛不直接渡过去？

车是租的，好像不能过海呢。还有，过海费不便宜，来回的费用好像可以在岛上租了。

一般大陆上租的车都可以上岛，包括岛上租的车也是严格限定不能在非铺设的路面上行驶，但是你这样等于租了两台车在手上，省下渡轮费、多花租车费，一进一出也省不了多少钱，还得再次租车还车。自己权衡吧。
