什麽是 category 2 development pursuant to section 38 (4) of the development

你好,鄭律師,

今天收到council 寄來的信 , title 是  notice of application for category 2 development pursuant to section 38 (4) of the development ACT 1993

然後 nature of development 是 construction of two attaced verandahs and free standing outbuilding on property boundary

這句我沒看懂是什麽意思,是大概要在我家門口壙建人行道之類嗎? 然後後面就是叫我去review plan 之類.

後面有一句 " your attention is drawn to the fact that there is no right of appeal against COUNCIL'S decision on a CATEGORY 2 DEVELOPMENT

看到這句有點害怕,  他要在我家看嘛呢??/

你们家邻居应该是问council申请了development approval，
要在临近你家边界处造2个连接的顶棚 和独栋外屋。
所以council通知你这个事情。
