交通方便，出门1分钟就到106路车站。18分钟到阿大商学院，28分钟到unisa西校区。但房子不在主路，早晚都很安静。出门就有咖啡馆。
坐106到最近的aldi只需2分钟。
房客住满共三个人，其余两个是阿大和语言班的学生，很客气，超级好相处。基本上对作息没有影响。房东人也很好，周末会捎上大家一起去wws。
后院很大，晾衣服被子完全没问题。总之是挺舒适的房子。
