关于房租share bill

目前遇到一个大问题就是房东在水电网瓦斯帐单来时并不会给正本而是直接叫你交多少钱....
而且我们是两个人share 一间房间不是master room 房东要我们share bill 缴交两份我们也都照缴可是最近房东开始坑我们不知道到这种事情该怎么办呢？
