你如果还没有分配case officer，打电话给移民局也没用的，只有等。分了case officer后，会联系你补料，或是直接给您准签的。

您可以看下官网，820配偶移民签证，目前审理周期是8个月（中国护照申请人），所以8个月内准签都是很正常的，祝您好运吧
