YOUR ROLE
1. Oversee credit
risk and loan asset operations from credit risk assessment, settlement, post
settlement, asset management to discharge.
2. Audit all aspect
of operations to ensure service standards are exceeded
3. Mentor, support,
train and up-skill a team of 6 to 10 team members
4. Report to company
Directors on regular basis
5. Assist with HR interview
and recruitment
6. Conduct performance
appraisals and constructive feedbacks to team members
7. Review and refine
operation objectives
8. Effectively
allocate team resources to meet objectives
9. Building internal
and external relationships through the use of superior stakeholder management
techniques and customer service skills
YOU NEED TO BE
1. A natural leader
in driving and delivering improvements within the teams to improve outcomes for
our stakeholders
2. Able to
demonstrates enthusiasm, resilience and has the ability to positively influence
team members with strong skills in teamwork
3. A role model of
agile and collaborative ways of thinking and an ability to achieve outcomes in
a harmonious work environment
4. Demonstrate
leadership in the delivery of a culture built on coaching to uplift the team
performance and exceed customer outcomes
PREREQUISITES
·
PR or Australian Citizen
·
Bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Law or
Business related.
·
At least 5 years working experience in financial
institution, preferably with credit, finance or accounting function.
·
At least 2 years team management (leadership)
experience
·
Self-organised and motivated with high level of
independence and integrity.
·
Exceptional attention to detail
