你好，如果你们想在澳洲注册结婚的话，你们的签证在登记时起一定要有超过60天的有效期。
任何合法居留在澳洲的人士都可以在澳洲登记结婚的。条件是：首先他们要到澳洲婚姻注册处申请登记，然后6个星期后就可以举行正式的结婚仪式。
因此法律规定你们在登记结婚时起一定要有60天以上的有效签证，才可以完成这个婚姻登记程序。

回香港后，你们还需要在香港的婚姻注册处补办注册手续的。
