第二步提名被拒的可能，只可能是你不符合187被担保的资格，不是一个eligible的employee啊，比如：虚假材料（学历，雅思，或工作证明方面的），没4个6分，没职业评估结果，没工作经验，当然体检有HIV，有中国或澳洲犯罪记录也会拒签的哦

你也可以境内获得187的拒签信后，1540澳币申请MRT上诉，1.5年后MRT上诉法庭分配了case officer以后，hearing听证你的case后，给你上诉结果的。

第一步已经审核完了公司是否具备资格担保海外劳工了的，第二步是公司提名你某一个职位的，看这个提名是否合理，是否公司有这个职位空缺，你是否能胜任这个工作，要说明为何这个公司招聘不到当地的PR或citizen而提名你这个海外劳工做187PR的
