你好　请问我想573转572去读tafe, 如果拿到offer 要转签证对吧！有什么手续？还要提交资金担保证明　之类的吗？

Generally, you will need a proof of payment to your course, OSHC receipt, body check report and payment for your visa. However, as China is under assessment level 3/4, it's may take longer processing time and you may also be requested to produce extra document in order to get a new visa (especially you are changing sub-class).

My advice, gather as much document and evidence as you can, such as finance support.
