申请TR需要国内无犯罪记录证明吗？

有人说申请TR需要国内无犯罪记录证明，我在移民局官网上怎么没看到有这一项呢？只看到要提供有父母名字的document，当初我家把房子卖了新房子还没下来的时候，户口挂在我姐夫家的户口上了，好像上面显示不出来父母关系 怎么办呢？不会因为这个TR就被拒了吧 哪位大侠知道 请赐教！谢谢

你出生公证书上就有你亲生父母的名字啊。这和你户口本挂在哪里，你的户口和父母的户口是否在一起没任何关系的。户口信息和你485TR的申请也没有任何关系哦。

而且485是需要出生公证的。这个在你出国是办理签证时候应该也是办理的，用那个公证件就可以。上边可以显示出来你和你父母的关系。
