郑律师你好， 我想在这边做进出口生意，请问 开设普通的公司适合我吗？还是 要pty 公司呢？哪种适合 学生经营方便些？

一般来说，进出口公司如果规模小的话，用普通商业登记已经足够。如果规模比较大的话，组织一间有限公司比较适合。

如果你是学生签证的话，你要小心。因为你签证上是有工作的限制的，每个星期不可以工作超过20小时，否则你便抵触你的签证。

There is no restrictions on how to run the international business under certain business structure. You can start as a sole trader, then change to company structure once the business grow. The good thing about this is that CGT exemption applies and you do not need to pay tax on doing this.
