We specialize in tailor-made holidays and school trips to Asia. Look for a part-time Travel Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker).
Key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Liaise with suppliers to secure all travel elements for the clients.
2. Process travel bookings, arrange travel insurance and invoicing.
3. Use various tools to search and book flights
4. Communicate with clients on booking progress, changes and updates.
You need:
1. Great time management skill
2.Mandarin speaker
3. Fully competence in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
4. Great attention to details
5. Personal travel experience and Asian destination knowledge are desirable
