请问会计的实践培训课程是否真的对找工作有效？

有个朋友毕业已经有一段时间，期间做过各种行政方面的办公室工作。但是因为在大学读的是会计，很希望找到会计相关的工作。

在外面有看到一些华人办的会计培训课程，包括一些实习的项目。因为学费不便宜，总共7， 8天的课程包括课后的实习需要1600多块。有些犹豫因为不知道是不是上完以后对找工作的帮助大。

请问是否有朋友自己读过这种类型的课程，效果如果？
