1、首先到律师事务所签署一份买卖合同书，一般的律师费是卖方五百五十，买方也是五百五十，这已经包括消售税，及包括成交的费用；

2、成交当日将商业登记证书转入你的名字，这个程序的律师费是220元；

3、上述已办妥生意买卖的成交手续。如果你是需要拿身份的，你必须委托律师事务所草拟一份聘用书，用商业登记的名字及商号，聘用你为公司的员工。该文件必须在成交一星期之内办妥，以便日后拿身份的时候交给移民局查阅。本律师楼草拟该聘用合同书的费用为550元。因该文件是作为移民之用，必须符合移民的条例、格式及列出特别的事项。
