说可以的： 长期学生签证在到法国前三个月之内是可以去其他申根国家，欧盟2010年4月5日valide了一个规定：
A third-country national holding a long-stay visa issued by a Member State should therefore be allowed to travel to other Member States for three months in any six- month period, under the same conditions as the holder of a residence permit
说不行的：也有人说贴了vignette才可以自由出入申根国家
在这里想问有没有相同经历的童鞋们可以给一个建议的？或者没贴到vignette最近有去其他申根国家的？
我九月开学，但是八月中要去意大利见一个很重要的人，晚了就见不到了，所以才很想搞清楚这件事情。。。
