One rooms will be available at 28 The Paddocks Cambridge CB1 3HG on 12 Sep. 2014.
It is not like a simple student accommodation but very family-oriented terrace house. Very friendly English neighbours will help you to feel ease and comfortable. Shared the house with other two international ladies who are very nice and friendly. The room is facing the south and full of sunshine.
Double bed for 500 pounds per month(for single) or 550 pounds per month for a couple, including water, electricity, gas bills. Internet and TV license which will be shared with other two ladies. All facilities are available, such as washing machine, microwave, heating, beautiful garden. 10 minutes by bus to the city centre and the university. 40 minutes walk to the train station. There are supermarkets and gym nearby.
