我上半年找中介申请偏远地区雇主担保857，中介说提名和857签证申请一起递的话可以省很多时间，于是就这样申请了，但是现在问题是雇主的提名被拒了，所以我的签证申请也就被拒了。我在申请前拿的是学生签证到 明年6月30日，我想问下大家那现在会影响到我的学生签证么？还有这对我以后如果还想申请偏远地区雇主担保，也就是现在的187，会因为这次被拒有影响么？

你雇主提名被拒，DIAC会让你撤销你的857申请（这样就没有PR的拒签信了）或是在未来21天内做提名的MRT上诉。

你857递交后，你是BVA，只有当你573学生签证过期了，同时你的857还没结果的那段时间，你的BVA才生效的。而如果你早递交的857，学生签证中心扫描到你一直没有读书，而取消了你573签证的话，那么你就只能857拒签后回中国或是做MRT上诉了的。

如果你的573学生签证没被取消，你可以立刻找个Doggie学校来续签个diploma课程，1年就6000澳币学费的，出勤，作业以及考试都不严格的。而依据你的857的提名拒签信，如果拒签理由还有可操作的余地，可以考虑改做457工作签证（下签后，有了职业评估和雅思4个6分，还可以马上转187PR的）。如果457打税2年后，不需要职业评估，雅思只需要4个5分就可以转187PR的。

你提到的以后再次申请187的问题，你之前递交过857的，你的所有的年龄，专业，学历等信息的材料案底移民局已经有了的，如果你的857提名拒签不是材料作假，不是你的个人原因（比如是雇主的担保或提名资格不足而拒签的）的话，就不会影响你做187的。当然187申请雅思4个6分是必须的。  祝你好运，欢迎咨询。

麻烦再问你一个问题.如果我接着找雇主申请187,然后到了明年6月30号之后如果再次被拒的话,也就是说我就得回中国了?我在申请187的这段时间可以找个你说的那个学校续一年我的学生签证么？谢谢
还有就是你有IT的雇主么？
