1 我的Visa Letter是这么写的：
Documents used to demonstrate ability to follow and finish the course: Statement of motivation, Curriculum Vitae, IELTS Test Report Form
这些是签证时需要交的3份材料，证明能力的。
Documents required for admission jury: Application form, Copy of passport identity page, Two passport size photos
这些材料是我申请学校时交的，但事实上我是网申的，因此Application form并没有填过，护照和照片我也是email过去的。想要问一下这个Application form在签证时要不要交？要交的话表格上没有校方图章要不要紧？不交的话会不会造成拒签？
2 银行存单上的敲章翻译是不是这要翻成[Seal]就可以了？
我的存单是开在上海银行的，上面有好多专业术语都不知道怎么翻：
我把通兑翻为UNIVERSAL WITHDRAWING，约转翻为Renewal，存入时经办和支取时经办分别为Deposit Operator和Withdrawal Operator，不知道对不对，这个翻译不是很精确要紧吗？
3 PBSappendix8里的6.20 Do you have any fees and maintenance outstanding?
是不是只未付的款项？我的学费已经付了，Course fees里面是不是不用填，只要填Maintenance里的7200英镑？
6.21 evidence of funds
我交的是定期存单和存款证明，是不是勾（3）Letter from a bank or building society confirming the funds or the agreement of a loan 就可以了
4 上海签证要不要预约的？还是一早去排队就可以了？
