到了那边怎么办手机卡呀？看到大家说可以签一个手机 具体怎么操作呢？？感觉很麻烦，我在网上看了好多也没太明白。。。。有什么cap还有plan都是干嘛的呀？？比如“29cap 免费”是什么意思啊？
还有prepaid怎么样？跟咱国内的卡一样吗？和签约的比呢？看大家都说不划算。。。
我刚到的话 是不是需要先用个prepaid？需要准备哪些材料吗？

等你有了student card, ATM card , bank statement之后就可以签cap了............
