如题 LZ在旅行社定了机票 因身体原因不能回国了 有GP给开的证明 可是去旅行社咨询退票事宜 竟然要扣快60%的退票费  旅行社当我面给南航挂电话（不知真假）询问我这种情况 对方说就是正常扣费 GP开单子也不行 LZ买的不是特价票 就算正常扣费 也不能扣快60
%啊  并且给我打印了退票FORM 退票理由有几个选项 其中一个就有医生医嘱  我问不是有这选项?对方就说没有  请问大家如何处理?

另外，如果GP的证明只是说你病了，然后你自己不想回国，那么航空公司肯定是按规定走的。但是如果GP开的证明说你不适合坐飞机，那么一般来说是和航空公司可以商量的，比如说免费延期等等。
