房东到底有没有权利在我不在家的时候进我的空间呢？

本来以为会安宁一点，结果也住在这个里面的房东三番两次逮着我就说问题： 这停车不能这样那样、侧门这灯要记得关，这锁要记得锁之前有breakin过，这洗澡注意不要弄水到地板上啊布啦布啦布啦。。。。有一次甚至早上10点半我起床洗澡，开着抽风机被她专门过来跟我说这个抽风机有点吵，我想睡觉，能不能关掉。。。。我想好吧可能好不容易买了个房子爱惜一点没有错，也好生答应着平常也注意着。


也就刚刚lz寻思着肚子有点饿出去吃点东西好了, 出门前也留着一个台灯在那儿假装有人在家的样子，开开心心的出门吃宵夜去了。


妈了比回来就看见侧门灯被关了，这黑不溜秋的根本看不见东西，之前她来说灯记得要关不能开着的时候我就想吐槽了我擦白天不开能理解，那晚上出去了还不让开灯，摔倒了算谁的啊！？钥匙拿出来都看不见。进来了就发现灯全被关！我刚搬进来有一些储物箱还放在厅里，也移位并且有裂痕，上面有些土我猜是当时走的时候气不过一脚踹的，立马就问她了，打死不承认自己进来过，一脸你拿我怎么样的表情在那里耍无赖，还说“如果真被人进来了肯定是你自己没有关好门被别人进来了，我管不了。”


现在朋友给我支得招是直接报警说自己丢东西了，特发帖来问问万能的bbs，是不是房子租出去了就是我自己的私人空间呢？任何人包括房东是不是都不能没经过我的允许进来呢？如果报警我的胜算多大呢？

2.车没泊好，影响到他人，是不道德的。

2.车没泊好，影响到他人，是不道德的。------无论是租还是买的房子都要注意这个问题。
3.门不锁好，以后万一有个入室抢劫什么的，哭都来不及。------门不锁，谁进来过你怎么确认是房东？如果锁了，有人进来过，那答案就太明显了。
4.既然是share house,安静，尊重彼此是应该的。------不排除有些挑剔的，不习惯可以搬。
报警说东西丢了，他们会管，但是这样撒谎真的好吗？诚信很重要。
房东肯定没有权力随便进出你的房间。你可以书面严正告诫它一次。如果再有发生类似事件，你将会搬走。房东也是为了房租，不可能针对你怎样的。如果真的针对你，这样的房子不租也罢。
