请问化妆品如何退税呢？

化妆品因为要托运 是不是要在check in前找一个退税口然后在化妆品的单据上一个个盖章然后再进关办理退税呢？想问下那个盖章的地方是几点关门呢？因为我是凌晨的飞机…不知道几点去来得及办理呢？
