With more than 5,000 properties and 7,500 tenants under management, our Property Management portfolio spans the Sydney Metropolitan region, and is growing at a rapid rate. This is where you come in. We're training the property stars of tomorrow to service our growing portfolio. You don't need to be an experienced property manager - just show the initiative and drive to achieve, we'll teach you the rest.
Job duties will include but not be limited to:
- Leasing properties, conducting open inspections
- Internet Advertising & Marketing
- Managing rental CRM database
Basic requirements:
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration/Licence is preferable
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- People person, customer service mindset and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and preferably a second language (Cantonese/Mandarin)
- AU Citizen or PR
