- Job Description:
Title: Assistant Property Manager
Vacancy: 1 (Male Preferred)
Job Location: Mascot (Close to Train Station)
Employment Status: Full Time / Part Time
- Key Responsibility:
Liaison with Tenants & Landlords
Prepare lease documents
Ingoing and outgoing inspections
Conduct routine inspections & prepare reports for Landlords
Follow up on repairs & maintenance requests
Monitor rental payments and chasing arrears
- Requirements:
Minimum of one year experience in real estate
High-level attention to detail and immaculate presentation
Experience with Microsoft Office
Fluent English, speak Mandarin is an advantage
Australia driver license
