Looking for a femaled roommate in their 20s to share a 2b1b condo in Pasadena. I expect the roommate to be clean and non-smoking. The rent for you will be $1000 plus utilities (electric, cable & internet). The place is unfurnished. The place is about 5-10 mins walking distance to Old Town Pasadena.
