我想知道如果我买机票点【稍后付款】然后出现一个确认页面
用那个页面可以直接去申请签证吗？
还是说我必须要已付款后的信息才能申请？
因为我跟国内的朋友一起去旅游，可是如果我在这边先买了机票，她又之后再买的话就分开了
所以我想先办好签证然后之后再跟她一起买机票
不知道能不能再先不付款的情况下办好这些信息的？
