付款，但在“Payment authorization statement”中，有段描述为：
Payment may be made by bank draft, cashier’s cheque, certified cheque or
money order made to the order of “Canadian Consulate General”.If the
payment is in Hong Kong dollars, the payee bank must be located in Hong
Kong. If payment is in Canadian dollars, the payee bank must be located in
Canada.
那是否说我们都不能用国内银行（如中信银行）开出的汇票汇款？（在香港驻点的除
外）我这样理解正确吗？）
这里有朋友用国内银行汇票付款成功的吗？
