Under the heading the reads "Temporary Residence Applications" you should click on the link for:
APPLYING FOR A WORK PERMIT - STUDENT GUIDE
Read the information and Guide carefully. Download the Instruction Guide (IMM5580) Download the (Work Permit) Application (IM1249) Download the Verification Form (IMM5581) Download the Acknowledgement & Consent Form (IMM5582) Download the Document Checklist (IMM5583) The Verification and Consent Forms must be completed with your College or Faculty Registrar.
The ISC recommends that you visit our office for assistance with checking your documentation before you mail your application.
