Accounting里的GST问题

最近在做Myob... 遇到一个常出现的问题就是 GST

例如有好几个transactions是这样的(作业里扮演的是一个建筑公司)：

1，Paid for repairs and maintennance on equipment- $XXX

2, Received and Paid invoice for advertising $XXX

3，Received design fee in cash $xxx
                                     on Credit $xxx

怎样才知道那些是应该要涉及GST 还是不需要？

我是初手  暂时的认识为 有invoice的Expense 就一定要GST PAID,,

但题目没有标明有没有Invoice  要不要写

例如 1，Paid for repairs and maintennance on equipment- $XXX

3，Received design fee in cash $xxx
                                     on Credit $xxx

写journal的话一般不需要写出来gst是多少
