Virgin mobile在中国大陆和香港时的global roaming没法接通，怎么办？

我用virgin mobile好多年了，自从2011年我每年回中国两三次，需要使用global roaming保持与澳洲的联络。

在走前都有打电话再三的确认global roaming 是开通的，就没关过实际上，但似乎很久都没法在国内接收到任何信号了，包括在香港！

有朋友用virgin的类似吗？
咋整啊？
