如果你能在大城市如BRISBANE找到雇主担保，那你应该选SOUTHBANK TAFE。因为你不用搬家。所以这个问题不是哪里的TAFE好，而是哪里你可以更容易找到雇主担保。通常华人不多的地方你的机会较大一点。这属于命运和缘分的范畴。

如果你只想拿PR，我强烈建议你应该亲自去白人移民律师的办公室问，我无法正确回答你的问题因我不是律师，但我是2009年GOLD COAST TAFE念西厨然后边远地区TOWNSVILLE拿的PR中间没有经过457。 其实澳洲的边远地区非常好远没有你想像的恐怖，甚至很多时候生活比在大城市方便很多。但是听说现在PR一定要457再转雇主担保PR共最少共为该雇主工作四年，而且其中有不少意想不到的事情发生而导致你可能不止为该雇主工作5年左右。而且一定要雅思4个6.

西点我建议你还是不学为好，因为你必须早上1，2点起床开始做新鲜面包，最主要的是西点愿意搞雇主担保的很少。
我来澳洲5年半，从一无所有到结婚生子靠自己奋斗拿PR，个中的辛酸不是常人可以想象得到。我还是算幸运没有经过457总共5年半拿到了PR。

靠考雅思4个6和雇主担保拿PR真的很难。一句话，谋事在人成事在天。祝你好运。
