求问关于学生签证续签问题

我这学期回来申请的续签，先在网上预定了体检，但是由于人多，只能预定到17号，因为17号我的签证已经到期，所以12号的时候我在immiaccount上递交了续签申请，钱也付了。

体检完两天后（19号），收到邮件，让我提供保险证明和体检的receipt，我21号回复了保险卡扫描件和体检的receipt，之后 automatic reply 告知我的邮件他们收到了。
再之后就啥也没收到了......
我本来还说是不是要等一会才行，结果在我后面申请的同学说她的已经下来了，周五晚上发过去的，第二天（还是周六）grand notification就下来了，她是扫描的护照（没要但她发过去了），保修卡和体检要带的那个letter。
于是我问在我之前已经办好的同学，他们也说大概一周不到就下来了......
现在我这个已经一周多了，啥回复也没有，有点着急，如果我文件发的不对，他们也应该联系我，让我再发一份啊... automatic reply上面是说在他们联系我之前，我不要联系他们，更不要邮件问进程...
或者说我发过去的格式不对，所以他们收到了，但压根没看到，只有一个 automatic reply？
我要再发一遍么？还是就这样等着？

谢谢，我就是怕送过去的东西不对，因为我保险在5月份后换成了大学指定的保险公司，而在5月之前是BUPA 的，我就把两张卡都扫描过去了，然后他们交的是体检的letter，而我发过去的是receipt（因为我看邮件里写的就是receipt或者invoice啊）.....而且如果他们觉得不对或者证据不够也会再找我要才对啊......已经发了邮件过去，没有答复的话我就打个电话呗...

因为我发现我的My Health Declarations和Visa之后给的HAP ID都不同（我是先申请的体检，再申请的visa），体检都已经做完了，再打开visa申请里面的 e-Medical--- referral letter还是空白的，但My Health Declarations里已经是information sheet，都有我的体检结果。所以visa里的进度一直是No next steps available和Organise your health examinations。
昨天半夜查邮件的时候，发现visa下来了~看了immiaccount里也显示Finalised了~~
总算把这件事办完了，发现处理的还是挺快的，谢谢楼上的人了~还没办下来的人也可以看看是不是跟我有一样的问题，可以试试再发一遍体检报告（我也不确定我办下来的原因是不是这个）。
