1：房东不在阿德，合约上说要我们自己付水费，不知什么意思
2：网络是不是需要电话，我们需要自己买并且安装吗，电话线怎么办
3：网络两个人用该申请多大的，我们想用那种不会超过定量的，该申请哪一种呢（之前有人说曾用超，费用高达数千刀）

水费就不清楚了。我家不用交。电的话可以查一下agl公司的电话。打电话开通就可以了。

２。电煤气就找一家公司把～　很多选择true energy, origin, AGL, 其实收费差不了多少的，你上网上ｇｏｏｇｌｅ以下就能找到电话，打个电话开通一下电，煤气。很方便的，如果早上打电话当天就能开通
３。你如果想按电话的话，打去电话公司，比如说ｔｅｌｓｔｒａ，报上你的住址，他们能查到你家是否已经连了他们公司的电话线，如果没连，可以试试ｏｐｔｕｓ，如果也没装，就还是别装了，好像挺贵的。用手机就好了:lol
４。宽带～你就选择ｆｌａｔ　ｒａｔｅ的，如果超过下载量，只会降低你网速的，不会多ｃｈａｒｇｅ你钱:victory:

刚查了一下，水费账单上的污水处理费（还有一个 river murray levy），应该是房主承担。水的使用费（usage charge）和每季度的供应费（supply charge）是按照合同来的，如果合同没有说明，房主应该承担supply charge和136kilolitres的水费，超过136立方的部分由租房的人交。

既然你们合同上说的你们付水费，应该是usage charge和supply charge都付吧？一般应该是房主收到帐单，他再来找你们要钱。看到账单的时候，注意sewerage和river murray levy你们是不用出的。这是法律。
