夏天经常开着。

冬天不用。

10 刀的我还真心没见过（现在的电价根本就不止这个钱的，没有人做赔本的买卖，更不说所装空调的费用，要指着租房这些小帐都是要算得）！几年前我租房时房东已经是收20 了，所以现在我一直也是收20，我都是给他们两个选择，一个是用风扇免费，一个是空调加20；既然要享受就得买单！天经地义的事！也要看房子的实际情况，房价本来要的就高，位置又不太好，你再加20，那肯定不想租了！要求有空调的，就不在乎你一周的价钱，只有斤斤计较的人才会太在意空调价格的！毕竟布村的夏天不是太长！

不管额外收多少钱，就是多收一分钱，人家肯定就24小时开着空调了。你自己算吧。
如果满打满算收空调费的话，你想想房间还租得出去吗？
