With the dramastical development of our society, attaining a good and suitable job becomes more and more difficult for young people, who are always considered lacking of experience by companies. Consequently, an increasing young people take several different kinds of job before they take a career in a long term, which not only provides them with opportunites to accumulate their experience, but also endow them more time to take a deep consideration about their career. Therefore, I completely support yound people taking kinds of job before their long-term career.
In the first place, experience plays a significant role in the job market. According to a survey, most of the successful companies have a preference to bring in emplyees who owns adequate experience, in that they deem that these people can have a relative advantage to do well in their job over others. As a result, provided a young people have enough experience on his job, there is no doubt that they can find a satisfactory job. For example, my brother, who has graduated from a famous university for three years, took several jobs despite of the low salary in the first two years. And then, of course, he got a great job with a extremely high salary, which makes others admire at him a lot.
Furthermore, young people can have enough time to be aware of which kind of job they are suitable for after they take various kinds of job. As a matter of fact, a large number of young people don’t get a good knowledge of the job, the job market and even themselves as well, nor do they know their characters match with which type of job. Imagine a graduate who has just stepped into sociey with little experience. What can he depend on to choose a good job? Almost nothing. As a consequence, he should try enough jobs to give him experience and time to understand what he wants, what he is able to do, and what kind of life he wants to live. Those questions are indispensable for them to take into deep account.
Nevertheless, all the things depend on specific circumstances. If a young people have had his specific dream and have prepared for it ever since he is a child, then of course he should be encouraged to try the specific job he has dreams of as soon as possible after his graduation. The earlier he is involves in the job, the more chances he can obtain to put himself into good use without wasting too much time on other things.
According to what was discussed above, we can safely draw the conclusion that encouring young people to take several different kinds of job before they take a career in a long term is necessary, which offers them both experience and time to think. For people who have a consistent goal, however, it is better to take an early step into their job. So it just depends. I cherish a belief that if young people are capable to balance the stuations, they are sure to get a good job for themselves, as well as contributes a lot to our society. |
