已经提交了网上申请。但是对于邮寄正式成绩单的问题还有许多困惑。不知道现在应不应该就寄过去。
发了几封邮件问，应该是等待到明年他问我要我再寄给他。
昨天他给我回邮件说：

也就是说目前阶段只能给他补充自己的资料，不能邮寄成绩单了？ |
