    酸奶机很好操作的。就是往里面放入牛奶，然后再放入2勺酸奶（当做引子），搅拌均匀 ...

    酸奶机很好操作的。就是往里面放入牛奶，然后再放入2勺酸奶（当做引子），搅拌均匀，放入机器中，盖盖，大概12-13小时，就成了。我一般晚上做，早上醒来就可以吃了。
做的时候，要注意，一定要干净的勺子，干净的容器。
至于发酵小时数，取决于你的牛奶是凉的，还是常温的。如果是刚从冰箱中拿出来的，就需要多点时间。是否发酵完成，你打开盖子，一看就会知道的。我这里有说明书的。
在中国做酸奶的话，需要引子不多，并且8个小时就可以了。在这边，需要的时间比较长，并且引子需要比较多，大概2勺。很奇怪。可能是中国的牛奶和这边的不同吧。
