之前有过要回国的想法后来又回来了
这次毕业回国就不回来了所以想把房子转租向大家解释一下原因{:4_151:}

房子是九楼木地板通风好光照也不错这个欢迎大家来看房

房子结构：单人房一间主卧一间双人房一间主卧带独立卫生间其余两房间共用一个

基础家具都是全的另外还有电视 DVD 梳妆台

出租时间11月底整个房子都会清出来这点放心

租期是到明年3月有意续租的朋友当然还可以继续租下去

价格方面没有办法商量是中介定好的

转租的事宜可以详谈我也是想少亏一点不为赚钱
