温馨如家位于舒适方便东北好区 Hampstead Gardens 的house 有一房间出租
从家步行至Northeast Rd 20站（271， 273）Bus stop只需2分钟坐车直达city只需15-20分钟，其中有站可以直达阿大和UniSA 东校区哦！

从家步行2分钟有pharmacy, fish and chips, 杂货店。步行5分钟左右可到21站的coles shopping centre, 有中国超市，reject shop, 水果店，眼镜店，邮局,加油站等便民商店。开车更方便，15分钟左右到city ，到附近超市商店开车只需2-3分钟。

最重要的是房子表里如一，有家的感觉。房子位于里面的街，很安静。房子新、房间大、保养好、房子里的人爱干净，好相处。希望招到一位同样爱干净好相处的女生。

房子一共三间房，大房住房东couple, 房东是全职护士，热情待人，诚实可靠。其中一间中房，住一位刚从阿大毕业的姑娘，非常乖巧也好相处。现出租的是位于房子最佳位置的中房，如图。从房间窗外可以看到房子的sunny room。

房子地理位置好，安静舒适。房租140/周全包，中央空调，Adam的网络，煤气煮食。
房子家私电器厨具全，11月22日起带齐行李可入住。
