还有楼上MM说的网,离CITY近不近我估计要求太高,很多HS不是CITY附近的,只要交通便利就OK了.

要求光脚不穿鞋在屋里走啊,吃的东西啊,对隐私的不尊重啊,很多事儿的,
最好也不要华裔,如果你觉得实在吃不惯澳的食物,华裔HS是不错的选择,但是中国人嘛~~东南亚出来的,老头老太太的,封建早期思想的,事也挺多的```(真不是危言耸听```经验之谈)
澳洲当地的HS还是不错的,对语言啊,对城市的认识啊,都有很大的帮助``

后来去看以前HS的时候,她改了规矩:分担着洗~~一星期轮到个两回吧~~

想来想去,下面几点对新人比较重要,写出来大家看看

1. 坚决不要老头老太太的homestay,
2.最好是澳洲本地家庭(父母加几个小孩的那种).像什么意大利希腊的就最好别住,绝对不是什么种族歧视,只不过见过的大部分这些HS都是渣子//.....
3.最好能上网.
4.要是你想做饭的话给用厨房,

这是最重要的4点,至于其他的就都好说了......

还有的HS限制洗澡时间,晚上关灯时间,晚上断网时间....:sleepy: 这些虽然很小,但是充分体现了HS赚钱心切的态度..:sleepy:

3 如果你是回民或者特殊的民族要说清楚哦..
4 最好是中年夫妇都上班的.哈哈..那样他们就没有那么多时间在家管你了:fool:
