我年底本科毕业，conditional offer已经拿到了，签证是后年过期，是不是我这学期结束拿着1.成绩单原件，2.毕业证书原件，然后3.按照response to offer把钱交了，得到COE就没什么问题了。
因为年底要回国，明年初才回来继续读，听朋友说如果本科毕业学校会给移民局报告，如果没拿到COE，即使签证还没有过期都回不来了。。。是这样吗？
