HI, I have a queen bed size room for rent.
The room is about 14sqm (3.5m*4m)
It is a furnished room, it has a queen size bed
and a computer desk, and it has Large built-in Wardrobe.I haven’t put the queen bed in the room, because there are two backpackers living in the room for about 1 week. The room will be available on 10/10/2009
I'm 27yr from Taiwan, have job in Adelaide.
I live in one of the small room with my auntie right now.
She will be here about 5 months to study English. (Until March 2010)
We are easy-going and friendly.
We are looking for Nice, tidy and responsible FEMALE
to move in.
Long term would be better (at least 3 months).
For the matter of share bills, before my auntie go back to Taiwan, you only need to pay 1/3 bills.
Sorry no couple, but two girls are acceptable.

10-15 mins to the city by bus. (15 mins go zone)
Payneham swimming pool is just opposite to the unit.
