如题，LZ在阿德论坛翻了五六页竟然没找到合适的房子，不禁恼羞成怒，心想干脆请各位租房的大人来找LZ算了------couple求租市区或交通便利郊区couple房一间。条件如下：

1。
如果房子在city，那么最好在CBD或northterrace附近

如果房子在郊区，那么屋子离车站的走路距离少于3分钟，从等车到坐上车到市中心时间15分钟以内，车次要多，周末一小时一班车那种就算了。声称交通方便实则从家走到车站都要7,8分钟的就请直接pass。周边5分钟路程之内要有各种各样超市及生活设施。

房间要求如下：

内建大衣柜

内建洗手间

双人床一张，床头柜2个，床头灯2个（LZ非常不喜欢那种没有“头”的床）

      2个书桌（或双人大书桌），2张椅子，组合柜一个

房间向阳，窗户可以打开

空调

其他家具若有更好

价格是全包价格，不要有share或者超过多少平摊的费用，LZ不喜欢麻烦。

BTW，LZ愿意付的价格有一部分取决于房间内的家具状况。

整个房间要求必须必须必须的看起来整洁明亮温暖干净，LZ有轻微洁癖，看到昏暗无光的地方会头晕。

家具要求是有质感的，LZ不是很喜欢塑料或橡胶制品，有廉价感。

整个屋子要求如下

新房最好，那种一看就由内而外的散发出一股古老的气息的房子就算了

网络质量好，不能上一会就断线

同住（连LZ couple在内）不超过4人。

室友素质良好，有成年人的自觉，爱干净不吵闹不吸烟。

厨房家具及家电齐全，电视洗衣机洗碗机烤箱烤面包机冰箱空调各种厨房用具等等，可以拎包入住。

LZcouple是非常好相处的人，不喜欢麻烦别人也不会给别人带来麻烦。非常诚心的找房，敬请各位有符合条件的房子的朋友尽情骚扰！！

有符合以上条件的房子的朋友请将房子整体图片，要出租的房间图片，以及地址信息发到LZ邮箱，价钱可以商量。符合条件的LZ会很快答复。

不符合条件的就不要发了，浪费大家的时间。
